Pasha Rayan

Co-founder & CTOPasha is the CTO and co-founder at Forage. Previous to Forage, Pasha led growth & acquisition at ASX-listed marketplace Freelancer.com, owning the product and engineering teams that grew the employer marketplace.

Julia Baily

VP, MarketingJulia has 10+ years experience that spans setting 0-1 marketing strategy to multi-channel growth marketing for large consumer businesses. Prior to joining Forage, Julia was an early employee at NerdWallet and responsible for building and scaling its organic growth engine.

Brian Tran

VP, ProductBrian leads Product, Design, and Data at Forage. He has 15+ years of experience growing customer-centered product teams at early-stage startups finding product-market fit as well as at late-stage startups through successful IPO, across multiple domains including edtech, healthtech, and B2B.

Simon Farrell

VP, EngineeringSimon is a passionate technologist and business leader with over 20 years' global experience across FinTech, EdTech, B2C and Enterprise B2B. Prior to joining Forage Simon was CTO at Plutora, SocietyOne, RedBalloon, PINCHme (New York) and Octopus (Dubai). Prior to this Simon spent 10 years working as a software engineer in companies such as Ninemsn, BBC and several government roles.

Anthony Herring

Head of SalesAnthony leads the Go-to-Market team at Forage, responsible for Sales, Customer Success, and Business Development. Prior to joining Forage, Anthony worked in executive search and consulting for Heidrick & Struggles.

Anna Prell

VP, Operations and Program ProductionAnna oversees the operations and program production teams at Forage. She has spent three years growing the operational functions at Forage, primarily in the Chief of Staff role. Prior to joining Forage, Anna was a corporate lawyer at global law firm Herbert Smith Freehills.

Alicia Wells

GM, UKAlicia leads the growth and operations of Forage's UK business. Alicia has been a repeat founding member of succesful impact driven initiatives throughout her career, and was a founding member of Forage's UK team. Prior to Forage, Alicia was a corporate lawyer at Ashurst in London.

Laura Mills

Head of Early Career InsightsLaura brings 20+ years in the early career space, guiding HS through graduate candidates. She joined Forage from Cognizant where she led talent acquisition for the Americas and, prior to that, EY where she was a leader in University Relations. She is passionate about revolutionizing early career talent acquisition to democratize access to opportunity.
