I liked how the simulation provided a real-world backend engineering experience. It helped me understand how different components like Kafka, databases, REST APIs, and Spring Boot services work together in a scalable system. The hands-on tasks made it easier to learn concepts like asynchronous communication, transaction processing, data validation, and API integration.

i like the fact i was given a task that makes me think critically and also to own the ownership of the task even though there is guidance ... also i havent worked with kafka before now i have better understanding of how it works and a glimpse of how banking system and transaction are being architect and the flow .
I liked the hands-on nature of the simulation and the opportunity to work on a realistic backend application. Integrating technologies such as Spring Boot, Kafka, H2, JPA, and REST APIs helped me understand how different components work together in a real-world financial transaction processing system. The tasks were practical and helped improve my debugging and problem-solving skills.
