    • Gaining insights into the Australian Law, ASX Listing Rules, and Hong Kong Law and Listing Rules relevant to the IPO process.
    What you'll do
    • Analyze the structure and suitability of Magic Carpet for listing on HKSE, considering entity type, shareholder count, and share liquidity.
    • Identify potential questions to ask the client to confirm assumptions and gather necessary information.
    • Complete an Excel spreadsheet, outlining transaction steps, timing, and any additional requirements for the proposed IPO
