This virtual program is different with other programs out there because it's hands-on and the task is quite difficult (because I don't have a basic client service—this is my very first time), but since joining this program, I get the points about the client service. I realize that this program not enough, so I had to learn more. Thank you, Forage. Thank you, Bloomberg.

What I liked most about the simulation was how it reflected real client service scenarios. It allowed me to practice problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communicating solutions clearly to customers. The experience also helped me understand the importance of being resourceful while delivering excellent client support.
