The Gantt Chart activity was especially useful because it showed how different tasks fit together to complete a project successfully.

During the LJA simulation, I identified issues such as GPS drift, duplicated CAD linework, shifted utility easements, and drainage concerns. I also learned how survey control points, LiDAR maps, and boundary data help ensure accurate site planning and prevent costly errors in construction.
