    Your role
    • You are an entry-level Partner Development Representative (PDR) in EAB's Higher Education division, focusing on engaging with colleges and universities.
    • As part of a collaborative team, you work directly with a Partner Director Executive who is responsible for closing sales.
    • You also work with other teams, such as Marketing, who create market demand, helping you identify and engage interested clients.
    • In this role, you’ll explore prospect needs and industry trends and refine your outreach skills to support the team’s new business development goals.
    • This simulation offers a hands-on look through mock scenarios at how PDRs help build meaningful partnerships and position themselves for long-term success at EAB.
    Your goal
    • Your first objective is to identify and understand potential partner needs, focusing on key higher education challenges such as enrollment, retention, and student success.
    • You’ll then use this information to prioritize prospects, craft personalized outreach, and recommend strategies that align with EAB’s solutions, positioning EAB as a trusted partner in higher education.
    • By the end of this simulation, you’ll gain a better understanding of how PDRs build relationships, contribute to team goals, and support institutional success through impactful solutions.
