Just finished the HR simulation with GE Aerospace! It was a great deep-dive into the world of compensation. I loved the challenge of taking a raw list of employee data and turning it into a clear, color-coded salary plan that helps managers make fair pay decisions. Definitely a must-do for anyone interested in HR analytics!

I liked the simulation because it gave me the opportunity to practice making decisions in a realistic situation. It was interesting to see how each decision could affect the results and how important it is to analyze information before taking action. I also liked that it made the learning experience more interactive and practical, rather than just theoretical.

I really appreciated the thorough and numerous amounts of resources provided for each task, as this allowed the best understanding of the task's topics. The provided resources and videos also narrowed down any additional research that would be needed for the completion of the task, both in scope and amount.
