The world is changing. So is business. Every day, there are new technologies, new medicines, and new routes to cleaner power. Our global team of lawyers work across practice areas to help clients to think ahead, shape the future, and change the game globally in all areas of business.

Our HL BaSE Legal Learning Hub provides an insight into life as a trainee solicitor at a global elite law firm. For you, this means working with experts in their field, collaborating across different countries and legal specialties, to help our clients solve the toughest legal issues.

Our virtual job simulation allows you to experience four different practice areas, including an international secondment, giving you a flavour of what a training contract at Hogan Lovells can offer. Outline the due diligence scope by matching business risks to the appropriate legal teams.
Prepare an initial issues list highlighting regulatory requirements, deal structure considerations, and other early questions for the client.
