What I liked most about the simulation was that it used realistic scenarios that showed how different skills are applied in real situations. It helped me practice problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and decision-making while giving me a better understanding of workplace expectations and the skills I want to continue developing.

Although I originally just completed this course to finish internship required hours, I found this quite helpful. I have been dead set on my career path since I think 8th grade. However, this training opened my eyes to other skills that I have developed over the years in my leadership trainings and work experience that I am great at.

I really appreciated how the program helped me reflect on my strengths through real-life situations. It wasn’t just theory—it gave me practical ways to understand what I’m good at and how I can grow. I also liked how flexible and supportive the activities felt, especially when thinking about future roles.
