Although I originally just completed this course to finish internship required hours, I found this quite helpful. I have been dead set on my career path since I think 8th grade. However, this training opened my eyes to other skills that I have developed over the years in my leadership trainings and work experience that I am great at.

It felt realistic and practical because each scenario was based on situations students actually face in campus life, internships, and teamwork. I liked that it didn’t feel like a test with right or wrong answers, but more like exploring different ways of thinking and working. It also helped connect my choices to real skills like communication, teamwork, empathy, and data analysis.

What I liked most about the simulation was that it used realistic scenarios that showed how different skills are applied in real situations. It helped me practice problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and decision-making while giving me a better understanding of workplace expectations and the skills I want to continue developing.
