Your role

You are a relationship banking apprentice at Lloyds, one of the U.K.'s leading banking institutions.
You are part of a dedicated team where each member contributes to managing client relationships and providing tailored banking solutions.
Your onboarding process includes preparing for a crucial client meeting alongside your team leader, requiring you to analyse financial data and industry reports.
As a new apprentice eager to demonstrate your capabilities, you see this as a vital opportunity to apply your analytical skills and learn about client interactions in a banking context.

Your goal

Your primary task is to analyse a client's annual accounts, identify strategic insights, and create a detailed report that will support the team in the upcoming client meeting.
You will also need to prepare and present recommendations during a simulated client meeting, using your findings to propose tailored banking solutions that align with the client's business objectives.
