I loved: - Applying skills to real-world scenarios - Getting insight into PepsiCo's business and industry trends - Developing skills in customer service, sales - Collaborating with others and getting feedback from pros It was hands-on, engaging, and really helped me understand the industry better.

I really liked how the program gave me a clear, hands-on understanding of what it’s like to work in the tech industry. The tasks were practical and helped me build confidence in my skills. It felt like I was doing real work, not just learning theory. I also appreciated how flexible and easy it was to follow, even as a fresher.

The program was a great help to boost my confidence. With the concept of virtually answering the videos where every expression of mine , the body language , gestures , etc. are noticed, it helped me improve in these areas. It has enhanced many of my skills like communication, problem solving ,leadership, team management , crisis management etc.
