The opportunity to explore career opportunities without the pressure of a time limit or grades is very valuable in the early stages of someones career, and providing a comfortable and secure environment to learn, make mistakes, and explore helped me start to make informed decisions on what I enjoy, what I am goof at and where my interests lie for my career.
