I enjoyed learning about what a tax associate would be doing at PwC. It was cool to feel involved with a client as well as be a part of a corporate hierarchy and collaborate with senior management. Lastly, I was intrigued by the technology that PwC may implement in the future, showcased in task four. I would love to see that automation live.

It has helped me to gain practical experience and boost my confidence to work in professional education.The simulation provided realistic, hands-on experience with U.S. tax compliance, M-1 book-tax reconciliations, and executive client communication. It was very practical and helped me understand how tools like Alteryx, UiPath, and Tableau are applied in professional tax workflows."

It bridged the gap between theoretical tax laws and real corporate compliance. Adjusting book profits for items like accelerated depreciation and accrued bonuses made provisions much easier to visualize. Using standard corporate templates offered a great preview of real-world audit and tax workpaper structures.
