For nearly two decades, our teachers and leaders have been fighting to make our education system work for every child. But society is still failing too many children from disadvantaged backgrounds. By working together, we can change this. It begins by getting great teachers into the schools that need them most. But it doesn’t stop there.
We also need to develop the next generation of brilliant leaders because when a school’s leadership team thrives, children thrive, and we must keep growing our nationwide networks of diverse expertise to create real, lasting change.
We know that when we get the foundations right for disadvantaged pupils, every young person can have the opportunities they deserve.
During this programme, you will get the opportunity to complete tasks that replicate the work that our teachers do every day. You’ll learn how to use classroom data to make decisions and create a proposal.
