Reviews
I enjoyed the practical approach of the simulation, especially learning how to analyze potential acquisitions, build DCF valuation models, and prepare professional presentations. It gave me a better understanding of the responsibilities of an investment banking analyst and how financial analysis supports strategic business decisions.
The simulation gave a realistic, end-to-end view of an M&A process: from analyzing a client’s 10-K and building a SWOT, to selecting an acquisition target, building a DCF with sensitivity analysis, and turning it all into a client-ready presentation. Working with real templates and annual reports made the tasks feel close to the actual work of an investment banking analyst.
