What stood out to me when completing the simulation was how it encouraged me to approach each task not only from a legal perspective, but also from a commercial one. It strengthened my critical thinking skills and taught me how to tailor my advice more effectively, ensuring that the information I provided was clear, concise, and, most importantly, practical and responsive to the client’s concerns.

The simulation was enriching in terms of knowledge, detail and exposure. It gave me a bird's eye view of what a career at A and O Sherman would look like and the type of work it may involve. I recommend anyone assessing a commercial law career and especially a role at A and O Sherman, completing such a program.
