Participating in the A&O Shearman job simulation was an enlightening experience that provided a transparent, unvarnished look into the complexities of an Elite Global law firm. What I found most compelling was the programme's commitment to depth; it eschewed surface-level tasks in favour of rigorous, multi-layered scenarios that demanded both legal precision and commercial acumen.

I appreciated how practical and well-structured the program was. The tasks closely reflected real work carried out in a global law firm, which helped me better understand how legal concepts are applied in practice. The clear instructions and contextual guidance made the experience engaging and accessible, even for someone early in their legal career.

I really liked the layout of the program, making it easy to navigate and very straightforward to follow. Furthermore, I enjoyed the snippets of Mr Samengo-Turner before each task, it made the task seem less of an assessment and more of a fun thing to do. Was also nice to meet someone who runs the program, and see one of the faces behind A&O Shearman
