It reflected the task at hand and gave me ideas as to what specifically i enjoyed about the process of the website as an end user and how I would impletment that as an employee fixing changes on the other end. It was informative, adaptable, and easy to understand which helped me move through the activities slowly.

The simulation felt realistic and practical. I liked that it moved through the full consulting flow understanding client priorities, building a plan, using data to make UX decisions, handling a client issue, and then prioritising future initiatives. The client communication tasks were especially useful because they felt close to real work situations.

I liked how the program combined realistic client scenarios with practical problem-solving tasks. It gave a clear view of how to prioritize stakeholder needs, analyze data to identify issues, and communicate recommendations in a structured, client-ready way. The end-to-end case format made the experience engaging and closely reflective of real consulting work.
