I really enjoyed how the program combined business problem-solving with real consulting tasks — from analysing profitability and customer data to redesigning a digital journey and planning implementation. It gave a clear, practical sense of how Accenture teams collaborate across strategy, technology, and experience design to deliver measurable client impact.

This task strengthened my ability to analyse e-commerce data using pivot tables and translate insights into clear, business-focused visuals. I identified key trends in BNPL adoption across age groups and presented them in an insight-led format. The exercise reinforced the importance of data-driven decision-making and effective communication in consulting projects.

The program was very well-structured and practical. I liked how each task simulated real client problems and provided clear guidance. The combination of data analysis, user journey mapping, and strategic thinking helped me understand how real consulting projects work. It was a great learning experience.
