Your role

You have landed a new job as a graduate power engineer at APA Group.
You work with a large multidisciplinary team on different renewable energy projects.
Your team has been assigned to develop a new solar PV plant concept in Northern Queensland.
As a new hire, you are excited to showcase your technical skills in project development and are also keen to work in operations.
Your goal is to review the current and emerging solar PV technology and develop a concept design for the new solar plant.
You're hoping to gain operational experience in an existing solar asset to deepen your understanding of working in the area of renewables further. This knowledge will help with your career progression within APA.

Your goal

Assist your project team in delivering a solar plant concept design with the aim of achieving net-zero emissions across the portfolio. You'll achieve this by researching, collating, documenting, and reviewing engineering calculations.
