I genuinely enjoyed the job simulation; it was challenging but i was still able to keep on top of other work commitments at the same time. I particularly enjoyed taking the opportunity to delve into IP and competition law, and the short guidance videos at the beginning of each task were hugely beneficial.

I liked that the simulation was highly practical and reflected real legal work, particularly in IP and competition law. The tasks required clear legal analysis, client communication, and quick decision-making, especially during the CMA dawn raid scenario. It was a useful way to understand how legal principles apply in real-time commercial situations.

The program was really like doing a hands-on Open Day, it provided the format in which things are expected (which differs since I'm an international lawyer) and it kind of shows an insight into what it is like to work with Ashurst, I really enjoyed the variety, the aid and the tasks! Truly informative!
