the program have strong emphasis on the integration of HKEX Listing Rules (Chapter 13), SFO Part XIVA, and the SFC Guidelines provided a well-structured framework for understanding ongoing disclosure obligations. It clearly outlined what constitutes inside information, when it must be disclosed, and the responsibilities of directors and officers.

The program exposes me to a wide range of corporate projects that I have never experienced at school before and the tasks are really eye-opening as to what a corporate lawyer does every day. The materials provided are very informative and useful. I learnt a lot about the listing rules in Australia and Hong Kong and also brushed up my commercial awareness after participating in the program.
