I really liked how practical and realistic the simulation was. Working through a comprehensive M&A case study—from company profiling and DCF financial modeling to sensitivity analysis and crafting executive communications like emails and voicemail scripts—gave me a true taste of real-world investment banking work.

The simulation gave a realistic, end-to-end view of an M&A process: from analyzing a client’s 10-K and building a SWOT, to selecting an acquisition target, building a DCF with sensitivity analysis, and turning it all into a client-ready presentation. Working with real templates and annual reports made the tasks feel close to the actual work of an investment banking analyst.

I enjoyed working through practical investment banking tasks, including financial analysis, DCF valuation, M&A target evaluation, company profiling, and client communication. The simulation helped me understand how investment banking concepts are applied in real-world scenarios and strengthened my analytical and professional communication skills.
