I also liked the emphasis on adaptability, communication, and collaboration.

Shifting perspectives, from acting as a project leader to a junior consultant was incredibly valuable. It helped me understand how different roles approach client needs, prioritization, and team collaboration.

I enjoyed that the simulation gave us an opportunity to get introduced to consulting through realistic work scenarios involving teamwork, prioritizing tasks, dealing with clients, and managing stakeholders. These were well-organized and interactive tasks that gave us insight into the thought process of consultants.
