I really liked that the simulation was realistic and focused on practical decision-making rather than theoretical questions. Shifting perspectives, from acting as a project leader to a junior consultant was incredibly valuable. It helped me understand how different roles approach client needs, prioritization, and team collaboration.

It helped me think about how to align a diverse team, manage changing client needs, prioritize work, and keep everyone focused on delivering value. I also liked the emphasis on adaptability, communication, and collaboration.

What I enjoyed most was how realistic the business case was. I think it does an excellent job of immersing you in the actual challenges of managing a hybrid team with such diverse profiles (traditional consulting and BCG X). It really pushes you to think both strategically and agilely to ensure every role delivers maximum value to the client from day one.
