I enjoyed that the simulation gave us an opportunity to get introduced to consulting through realistic work scenarios involving teamwork, prioritizing tasks, dealing with clients, and managing stakeholders. These were well-organized and interactive tasks that gave us insight into the thought process of consultants.

What I enjoyed most was how realistic the business case was. I think it does an excellent job of immersing you in the actual challenges of managing a hybrid team with such diverse profiles (traditional consulting and BCG X). It really pushes you to think both strategically and agilely to ensure every role delivers maximum value to the client from day one.

I liked how realistic and dynamic the simulation was, especially with evolving client needs that required quick re prioritisation. It captured the ambiguity of real consulting work. I also appreciated the focus on balancing client impact, team alignment, and execution, as well as the importance of clear communication and collaboration across teams.
