I liked how realistic and structured the tasks were — moving from market research to use case development, prioritization, economics, and agile scaling felt like an actual consulting project. The Economics task especially pushed me to think about revenue and profit impact, not just top-line numbers, and the agile sprint task gave me a practical intro to epics and user stories in Trello.

I really enjoyed how the simulation reflected real consulting work through practical, hands-on tasks. The case study was well structured and allowed me to apply problem-solving, data analysis, Agile project management, and presentation skills in a realistic business scenario. It was engaging, challenging, and helped me better understand the role of a Digital Consultant at BCG.
I particularly enjoyed learning how to approach a business problem in a structured way. The simulation gave me a much clearer understanding of how consultants analyze a case from customer pain points through to solution design, feature prioritization, pilot testing, and business impact evaluation. It also strengthened my understanding of agile product development and data-driven decision-making.
