I liked how the simulation connected classroom learning with real business decisions. It helped me analyze competitor financial data, understand customer needs, identify business risks, and consider different stakeholders’ perspectives. I also learned how to turn complex information into clear recommendations and practical action plans.

I liked working one client case end to end, from financial benchmarking and survey design to data analysis, a stakeholder map and a final recommendation, and checking each step against an example answer. One suggestion: some data tables and example figures don't reconcile with each other, so a quick consistency check of the materials would help.

The team overviews and description of each member's role helped me to not only understand their importance in an engagement, but also explore other roles/areas I might be interested in. For example, I did not know that operations teams were so heavily involved in Strategic engagements. This is enlightening as an Industrial Engineering student.
