I really enjoyed the hands-on, problem-solving approach of the program. It provided a realistic look into client interactions, critical thinking, and the importance of tailored financial solutions. It was really effective to focus on a single client throughout the Forage, in order to ensure individual's remain interested, invested and do not feel overwhelmed with information. The 2 main tasks also perfectly complimented the program and added a practical learning element to the experience. It was also really engaging having actual BNY employees present information to us, through short videos.
