I really enjoyed how the simulation walked me through a real-world client scenario step by step. It was engaging, and I liked that it showed how multiple teams at BNY work together to solve complex problems. The use of ECRM, escalation processes, and call reports gave me practical insights into client services and banking operations that feel very applicable to real work.

It was really effective to focus on a single client throughout the Forage, in order to ensure individual's remain interested, invested and do not feel overwhelmed with information. The 2 main tasks also perfectly complimented the program and added a practical learning element to the experience. It was also really engaging having actual BNY employees present information to us, through short videos.

I really appreciated how the program broke down complex scenarios into manageable steps, helping me understand both the client’s needs and how to approach finding a solution. The ECRM tool and the structured escalation process are excellent for keeping track of client issues, and I enjoyed learning about how BNY Mellon’s different teams collaborate to resolve client challenges.
