The questions are thought-provoking and practical, requiring critical analysis, sound judgment, and problem-solving skills. Moreover, the training is highly engaging, particularly through the use of pre-recorded videos, which not only provide valuable insight into the nature of work undertaken at Bowmans but also offer an initial perspective of social culture at Bowmans.

My highlight was the message for every task from a member of the team; it shed light on how to approach the task. Also the fact that there was a sample template, to guide one on the outlook of the expected work and pointing out the laws to use ; that made it easier. Lastly, was attaching the model answer at the end of submission; gives room to correct the areas that one missed on

The introductory videos by Bowman's staff made it seem even more intimate, like I was actually interning at Bowman's and being given and doing assignments. I also like that after submitting my work, I am given a model answer that an expert put together; it makes it very easy to analyse my work vis-à-vis the expert's and improve my own.
