    Understanding the importance of lender/banking security in the context of a loan facility and its most common forms and risks.
    What you'll learn
    • The process of helping clients secure large loans. 
    • How lawyers help clients assess and mitigate risks in contractual agreements. 
    What you'll do
    • Research your client's subsidiaries and assets to determine what the business will provide a lender in exchange for a loan. 
    • Draft legal requirements for the lender to effectively take security over these assets. 
    • Determine any risks or concerns related to these assets.
