It was an insightful and practical learning experience. It provided a great understanding of facilities management responsibilities, work order coordination, contractor selection, budgeting, and decision making. I appreciated how the activities reflected real world scenarios and helped build practical skills and confidence in facilities management.

I enjoyed the practical approach to facilities management and the opportunity to understand how work orders are reviewed and approved. The simulation helped me strengthen my understanding of cost-benefit analysis, contractor selection, procurement, risk management and project coordination. I particularly liked how the tasks reflected real workplace responsibilities and decision-making.

The simulation offered a highly realistic application of Facility Management skills. I especially appreciated the inclusion of "distractor" tasks, which accurately reflected the real-world challenge of filtering out out-of-scope items to maintain strict focus on the LED project's ROI and vendor management goals.
