I appreciated the opportunity to experience the process of arranging an everyday transaction that a facilities manager would typically handle. I had to critically think about the correct steps to organize the process and profits that would benefit both CBRE and the place that wanted to use their new LED lighting system.

I liked how practical and realistic the tasks were, especially applying facilities management concepts to real scenarios like inspections and work orders. It helped me understand decision-making, cost analysis, and contractor selection in a clear way. The step-by-step structure made it easy to follow and improved my confidence.

What I like about that program is that i learned about property inspections and processing work orders in a real-world context. Doing this program confirmed that I really enjoy working on complex real estate management solutions and I’m excited to apply these skills on a facilities management team at a company like CBRE.
