What I liked most about the simulation was how structured and interactive it was. It provided a clear, step-by-step walkthrough of building and managing a project schedule (Gantt chart), which made it much easier to understand how tasks, timelines, and critical paths connect together in real-world project management.

I liked that the simulation was practical and based on a realistic project. It helped me understand how project managers plan and organise different tasks, manage dependencies and identify risks. I especially enjoyed creating the Gantt chart because it made project scheduling much easier to understand.

I liked that the simulation was based on a real project scenario and the focus was on practical project management tasks, not theory. Planning, coordination with stakeholder groups, and decision-making in a real commercial project were better understood by me through the creation of a Gantt Chart and identification of risks and dependencies.
