The simulation was really engaging because it used a realistic scenario. A downtown showroom with actual construction challenges. The quiz questions were practical and made me think like a real project manager rather than just memorizing theory. The Gantt Chart task was especially valuable as it gave hands-on experience with actual PM tools.
I liked that the simulation gave me a practical understanding of how real project management works. It helped me learn how to analyze project requirements, identify priorities, manage timelines, and make decisions based on business needs. I especially liked the realistic scenarios because they connected concepts like capital planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management to real-world situations
What I liked most about the project management simulation was the practical exposure it provided to real life project scenarios. Especially, it exposed me to one of the key project management tools, the Gantt chart, which helped me better understand project scheduling, task allocation, timelines, and progress tracking.
