I liked that the simulation was based on a real project scenario and the focus was on practical project management tasks, not theory. Planning, coordination with stakeholder groups, and decision-making in a real commercial project were better understood by me through the creation of a Gantt Chart and identification of risks and dependencies.

Really enjoyed that I completed, developed and reviewed project schedules using Gantt Charts, identified project risks and dependencies, evaluated regulatory requirements, and contributed to feasibility planning for a commercial real estate project. I believe these were really helpful to give me an honest review of the kind of work that I could be a part of.

I liked that the simulation was practical and gave me an opportunity to work through realistic project management and commercial real estate scenarios. It helped me understand how different tasks, stakeholders, and teams come together to deliver results for clients. The activities also made the learning experience more engaging than simply studying theory.
