I enjoyed learning about project management in commercial real estate and understanding how different teams work together to deliver results for clients. The simulation helped me practise problem-solving, project planning, market analysis, and presenting recommendations. It was a valuable learning experience.
I enjoyed how the simulation provided practical insight into real-world project management. It helped me understand the importance of project planning, stakeholder communication, risk identification, and managing task dependencies. Working with the Gantt chart was particularly useful, as it allowed me to apply project management concepts to a realistic scenario.
What I liked most about the simulation was how structured and interactive it was. It provided a clear, step-by-step walkthrough of building and managing a project schedule (Gantt chart), which made it much easier to understand how tasks, timelines, and critical paths connect together in real-world project management.
