I learnt so much about the practicalities of ADR. Being used to classroom knowledge of ADR, this virtual internship was a new learning curve and an eye-opener to the tasks that an intern/ Junior Associate typically perofrms in the field of dispute resolution. It has been an experience of a lifetime!

The assignment of drafting a provisional list of issues for an arbitration proceedings. It was engaging and educational for several reasons.Overall, this assignment is valuable for its practical application, development of critical legal skills, and the comprehensive approach it requires to address both substantive and procedural aspects of arbitration.

The program is quite detailed and gives anybody with no prior experience in arbitration, a hands-on practical experience to learn and gain knowledge about Arbitration. The resources provided are helpful and thought provoking to understand the legal aspects of arbitration. After completing this program, a career in Arbitration is worth pursuing.
