I found this program to be highly insightful and beneficial. Getting to learn more about what arbitration entails, and doing aided research and tasks proved both educational and advantageous to my studies and prospective career. Getting the model answer after submitting my own work was also helpful as I could see what information I had left out or not expanded upon enough.
