The tasks were very different, which made the simulation engaging and helped me learn a lot. I particularly enjoyed applying financial concepts to practical situations, analysing data, creating visualisations and preparing clear presentations. The simulation also gave me a better understanding of how FP&A teams support decision-making and communicate insights to senior management.

I liked that the simulation provided practical experience in financial analysis, risk management, and data interpretation. It helped me understand how to analyze financial data, identify risk limit breaches, and present findings through professional reports and presentations. The tasks were realistic and improved my analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

I enjoyed getting an insight into the different responsibilities within finance, applying analytical and problem solving skills to real world business scenarios , and learning how financial data is used to assess risk and support management decisions . I also liked developing my ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly
