I liked the simulation because it combined commercial law and human rights making the task feel both meaningful and practically effective. It also provided a realistic insight into the type of research and drafting work trainee solicitors such as myself will undertake when support pro bono matters.

I liked how the programme got me thinking critically, and developed my research skills. i appreciated that there was a professional example to compare to my work at the end of each task to identify what i could have done better. The simulation was challenging but gave me an insight into some of the work that would be in place if i was to secure a job in this practice.

I really enjoyed how practical and structured the program was. It helped me understand how international law firms approach asylum cases, and I appreciated the clear explanations of the legal tests and the importance of COI. The tasks felt realistic, and the guidance from Clifford Chance made the experience very engaging and insightful.
