i really liked the personal choice that was given through, from who I wanted my audience to be for task one to what type of campaign i want my fundraiser to be for task five. I also found the educational videos at the bottom helpful to aid in idea generation and issue resolution throughout the task.

I liked that the simulation was interactive and helped me understand different job families and career opportunities. It gave me a better idea of how different roles match different skills and interests. I also liked the reflection questions because they helped me think about my strengths and career goals.

I liked that the simulation was practical and realistic, giving me the opportunity to apply project management and communication skills to a real CommBank initiative. I also enjoyed learning more about the CommBank Staff Foundation and seeing how employee involvement can create a meaningful impact in the community.
