I really enjoyed the hands-on experience of working with real-world style data analytics tasks. The simulation helped me understand how data analysis and visualization can be applied to solve business problems. I especially liked working with Tableau and analyzing the data to generate meaningful insights.

I liked that the simulation was practical and interactive. It helped me understand how employee compensation data can be analyzed and how equality scores can be classified into Fair, Unfair, and Highly Discriminative categories. It also made the task more engaging than simply working with theoretical examples.

I enjoyed the hands-on nature of the task, especially translating a business rule into a working Excel formula using nested IF and ABS logic. It gave me a practical understanding of how data analysis can support real decisions, like identifying pay equity gaps. It was a great mix of technical problem-solving and exposure to a meaningful business issue.
