I particularly enjoyed the variety of tasks, as well as the insightful explanations and constructive feedback provided throughout. The simulation offered valuable insight into the day-to-day responsibilities of trainees and a practical understanding of what it is like to work as part of an M&A team.

I really appreciated how the simulation forces you to look past the surface-level "everything is fine" statements in a legal contract. It’s a great exercise in attention to detail because it highlights that the real story of a company usually hides in the Disclosure Schedules rather than the main agreement.

The simulation was well-structured and practical, giving a clear understanding of how NDAs and due diligence work in real acquisition scenarios. The questions were realistic and helped reinforce key legal and commercial concepts, especially around confidentiality, data protection, and risk identification.
