I really enjoyed how the program provided a hands-on, realistic experience of the work at EY. The simulations challenged me to think critically, analyze complex scenarios, and explore practical solutions, which gave me a clear insight into EY’s collaborative and innovative culture. It was engaging, informative, and a great way to experience the impact of EY’s work firsthand.

I liked how they gave us very real-world and applicable cases that the CCaSS team could potentially engage with on a daily basis, and it truly felt like I was practicing the direct skills that a successful intern or employee with this team needs. I got a better understanding of the frameworks and metrics that the team regularly utilize, and I feel better prepared to apply for this role.
