I really enjoyed how the program provided a hands-on, realistic experience of the work at EY. I really liked how the EY program provided a realistic and structured insight into consulting work, especially in sustainability and climate disclosure. The tasks were practical, well-explained, and aligned with real-world client challenges. It helped me develop analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills relevant to EY’s professional environment.

I really enjoyed the detailed explanation of what was expected of me in each of the tasks, the opportunity to use a variety of skills (research, data analysis, communication) and the examples of how EY employees would have completed the tasks! I would definitely recommend as I now have a better understanding of the type of work I would be doing at EY.
