I enjoyed learning how digital trends are changing the asset management industry, particularly how online platforms, AI and personalised marketing can help firms reach and engage clients more effectively. I also liked analysing real-world examples from China and exploring how these strategies could be applied to improve client relationships and distribution.

I liked the deeper, more practical format of this simulation. The tasks involved real analysis, building presentations and portfolios, and working with reports, financial statements and fund data, which felt close to the actual work of an investment analyst. It covered a wide range of skills, from portfolio construction and risk analysis to credit research and market trends

Clear and structured tasks paired with the in-depth information and problems encouraged me to systematically approach each topic with a goal in mind, but also left plenty of room for me to utilize my own critical thinking and problem solving skills. I really enjoyed the experience, and I enjoyed understanding my own strengths and weaknesses even more through it.
