I liked that the programme provided practical exposure to different areas of investment management, including portfolio analysis, equity research, fixed income, portfolio optimisation and sales and marketing. The tasks were realistic and helped me understand how analytical and investment decisions are made in practice.

I found it really interesting, giving a good broad overview and it was very interactive. I felt as if I was actively learning and they gave you all the resources which was really useful. I feel much more confident in my understanding now and have hands on experience at doing a multitude of different roles. I really enjoyed all the model answers and think they can be used as really good resources.

What I really liked about the program was the practical, hands-on work. I honestly didn’t expect to get that level of real-world experience. The team consistently shared excellent reading materials and guidance, which made the projects engaging and informative. I feel that I’ve definitely leveled up in many ways, both in skills and confidence.
