i like it as it gives me basic foundation about concepts and most importantly i have the option to swtich careers based on the internship i take here, like now i have done internships on Human Resource and Recruitment, now i can apply for jobs in that role with my combined tech recruiter and HRbackground

I enjoyed how practical and engaging the program was. The tasks reflected real-world campus recruiting responsibilities and helped me understand recruitment strategy, employer branding, candidate engagement, and intern experience management. It provided valuable hands-on learning that strengthened my understanding of talent acquisition and early careers recruiting.

I enjoyed the simulation overall because it gave me a better understanding of the recruitment process and how recruiters connect with potential candidates. The part I enjoyed the least was recording the video presentation about resume writing and interview preparation. I am not very comfortable speaking on camera, so that part was challenging for me, but I am glad I pushed myself to complete it.
