    Your role
    • You work as a mobile engineering intern at Ford.
    • You are part of a digital team that specializes in iOS development.
    • Ford has just started developing a system to give users more insight into their vehicles. Data from the various sensors on a user's car will be streamed to a cloud backend and then to a user's phone.
    • Different teams will be responsible for each component. An embedded systems team will build out the sensors, a backend engineering team will create the cloud infrastructure, and your iOS development team will build out the mobile application.
    • This is your first project at Ford, so one of the lead engineers on the team, Lewis, will be guiding you through it.
    Your goal
    • You need to help your mobile engineering team at Ford build out a new iOS application.
    • In the process, you will set up a local development environment, explore the codebase, and add a new feature.
