I enjoyed the practical tasks that made me feel like I was really part of the Freshfields team catering to a client. This gave me a lot more insight into the role and what to expect should an oppotunity to take part in a vacation scheme / training contract arise. I also enjoyed how the tasks were interesting, it felt like a storyline which was easy to follow.

Building strong client relationships requires a deep understanding of business needs, and this program emphasizes developing these skills through thorough research, risk assessment, and strategic problem-solving.

This program allowed me to develop practical legal skills and provided me with a clearer understanding of what a career in law entails. Having the opportunity to apply legal knowledge in a realistic context was particularly interesting and insightful, and further strengthened my interest in pursuing a legal career.
