I enjoyed this simulation because it helped me understand compensation analysis, calculate compa-ratios, and evaluate employee salaries against pay ranges. It improved my analytical and decision-making skills and helped me understand how fair and equitable compensation recommendations can support employee satisfaction.

How interactive all of the activities were, and how well-rounded they were in combination with one another. I feel like I received a solid introductory look at different skill requirements of an HR professional; I was able to get creative with designing flow charts, but also analytical in calculating salary ranges and determining necessary pay raises.

I liked how the simulation provided practical experience in applying Lean Methodology to identify waste, analyse processes, and suggest improvements. I also enjoyed learning how to use data to compare employee compensation and identify employees who may need a salary review. Overall, the simulation improved my analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
