Your role

You're a junior associate in the Tech and ECVC group. As a junior, your primary responsibilities are to:

Support partners and senior associates in transactional matters
Translate legal frameworks into clear, business-aligned guidance
Ensure accuracy and clarity in your written work using firm templates and tools

Your job is not only to understand the law, but to serve the client with precision, clarity, and commercial awareness.

Your goal

You’ve been staffed on a Series Seed financing for an exciting new client, NeuroBloom, a health-tech startup preparing to raise its first round of external capital. Your goal is to assist the lead partner and senior associate by:

Explaining financing mechanisms to the founder
Drafting foundational documents
Conducting legal diligence and identifying risks
