Merger and Acquisition has always been one of my fields of interest as a legal student aspiring to become a legal practitioner practicing in the field of interest mentioned above. This program provided me the opportunity to further learn about the field of interest on a more intimate level, allowing me to understand the field in detail.

I really appreciated how practice-oriented this simulation was. The tasks, especially the LOI drafting and the SPA mark-up based on the client’s commercial comments, felt like real-world associate work. It provided a deep insight into the complexities of international M&A and the strategic role of a legal advisor.

The program provided a great insight into how international M&A transactions are structured and managed in practice. I particularly appreciated the opportunity to explore the different stages of a cross-border deal and understand the level of collaboration required between legal, financial, and commercial teams. Kat
