I enjoyed the practical and realistic nature of the simulation. The tasks gave me an opportunity to understand how legal professionals assess risks, communicate complex issues clearly and provide practical recommendations to clients. I particularly appreciated the focus on Generative AI, as it is an increasingly important area for businesses and the legal profession.

The Herbert Smith Freehills Digital Law programme was intellectually challenging. The areas of law covered were novel, and doing research on the subject matters was thrilling. Would recommend for any law student interested in Tech Law, as the programme covers subjects matters like CAVs, Data Privacy, Smart Contract, Dispute Resolution, Artificial Intelligence, etc.

Digital law is the career path I aspire to pursue after successfully completing my training. Engaging in this job simulation has provided me with a valuable glimpse into the daily operations and challenges that occur within a firm. It has deepened my understanding of the field and confirmed my enthusiasm for working in this dynamic and evolving area of law.
