In this job simulation, you will support Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer’s International M&A team on a proposed cross-border acquisition. As the transaction progresses, you will:
- document the principal commercial terms
- support the due diligence process
- assess and communicate key transaction risks
- consider protections for the buyer in the acquisition agreement
- advise the client as the transaction moves towards completion
You do not need previous legal knowledge to complete the simulation. The tasks are designed to develop the analytical thinking, commercial awareness and communication skills required to work effectively in a global law firm.
