Merger and Acquisition has always been one of my fields of interest as a legal student aspiring to become a legal practitioner practicing in the field of interest mentioned above. This program provided me the opportunity to further learn about the field of interest on a more intimate level, allowing me to understand the field in detail.

I really appreciated how practice-oriented this simulation was. The tasks, especially the LOI drafting and the SPA mark-up based on the client’s commercial comments, felt like real-world associate work. It provided a deep insight into the complexities of international M&A and the strategic role of a legal advisor.

I liked that the simulation was practical and followed a realistic M&A transaction from start to finish. It helped me understand how due diligence findings translate into contractual protections and, ultimately, completion. I also found the focus on commercial thinking and client-focused advice particularly useful.
